  • User Content: Photos of invoices, receipts, and financial documents that you capture and upload using the app.
  • Device & Usage Data: We collect standard log files including device type, crash reports, and performance data to improve app stability.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect in the following ways:

  • To provide, operate, and maintain our app's core functionality.
  • To allow your accountant to access the documents you upload.
  • To prevent fraud and ensure the security of your account.
  • To notify you about the status of your document uploads.
  • Note: We do not use your data for advertising or third-party tracking.

3. Log Files

DocPack follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they use the app. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.

4. Third-Party Access

We share your document data only with the accounting firm that invited you to the platform. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties.

5. Data Security

The security of your data is important to us. We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) to protect your documents during transmission from your device to our servers.
